Increasingly, we are seeing the current suite of laws and regulations relating to personal and organisational data meeting (often colliding with) the many developing financial and technology platforms taking advantage of (for example) open banking reforms or quasi-regulated fields such as crypto-currency and related blockchain based enterprise.
