Complaints


We want to give you the best possible service. At any stage, if you have a concern about any aspect of the service provided by this firm, including our fees, please raise it with Thomas Bennett and who can be contacted on email at thomas.bennett@henryco.legal We would hope to resolve any issues as quickly and amicably as possible.

If you would like to raise a formal complaint, the firm’s complaints procedure is available on request and we will advise you how to take matters further.

If you are still not satisfied once your complaint has been investigated and we have provided you with our final written response, then you may take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman at P.O Box 6806 Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ, or telephone 0300 555 0333 (9am to 5.30pm) or email enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk to consider the complaint.

The Legal Ombudsman accepts complaints from individuals and small businesses, charities or associations. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint. Otherwise the time limit for the Legal Ombudsman accepting a complaint is six years from the date of the act or omission or three years from when you should have known about the complaint.

Please note, the Solicitors Regulation Authority can help if you are concerned about our behaviour. This could be for things like dishonesty, taking or losing your money or treating your unfairly because of your age, a disability or other characteristic.
